With the Christmas period closing in, it can sometimes be hard to get a hold of that must have title, or know what exactly to get for a loved one before its to late. Being unable to send game titles digitally has meant either a physical copy of a title or a gift card, but that changes for Xbox One. 

Select titles can now be gifted as long as you know, either the gamer tag or email address connected to your chosen recipients Xbox account. These can be bought along with Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass subscriptions right from the Store on the family of Xbox consoles, Windows 10 or the Microsoft Store.

Hello to you fantastic readers, welcome to another weekly posting about the Xbox Live Deals with Gold. Here we post the special member only offers to the weeks Xbox Live Deals with Gold, also all the game son offer will have links to take you straight to the Microsoft Store page to purchase on the go if needed. 

This weeks Xbox One offers are a mix of smaller titles, no large AAA titles appear to be to tempt you to part with your cash. People not too keen on indie games might not find too much joy. 
The Xbox 360 offers are mainly focused around everyone favourite blue Hedgehog; Sonic. The offers are a little tame on both consoles this week, but that also means you might be tempted to take a gamble on a cheaper game?

PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, or PUBG as it is more affectionately known, has been kind of a big deal recently. A brilliant concept with a simple execution has taken over many a Facebook video feed. For anyone who does not know, this game is a giant death match taking place on a large open map that gradually gets smaller and smaller until you are forced to come face to face with 99 other opponents to come out the victor. 

The Xbox will be the console home of the upcoming game for the foreseeable future, with a timed exclusivity deal it will be interesting if the games concept stands up to the test of time. There are other games out currently that are offering a similar style experience, though with those titles already out, is PUBG taking too long?

Although it’s titled: Wolfenstein IIThe New Colossus it’s a direct sequel to the 2014 title: The New Order. Set in an alternative 1960's America. Wolfenstein II shows us a world where the Nazi's won World War 2 and then proceeded to conquer the world (and parts of space). Game play continues the overall story introduced in Wolfenstein 2009 and is set directly after Wolfenstein: The New Order.
