It's not often that I like to break tradition and speak in the first person, but damn does Eurogamer deserve it. And damn, doesn't Resident Evil 6's Zombies deserve it too. Day #1, and this was by far my favourite part of the show floor so far.
After accidentally stumbling across the Zombie Apocalypse, Capcom ensured that XBLG spent the rest of the show cowering in fear. Especially Manjo, who, coincidentally, is a massive wuss and doesn't like the undead. Who knew? Resident Evil 6's presence was heavily felt by XBLG. Quite physically.
Not content with a trivial scare the gruesome bunch kept up their (lack of) appearances. Groaning and lurching through the hallways of the show floor with no viable way of communication these horrifying monsters kept XBLG at bay. And, it is this reason, and this reason alone that we didn't get any real hands on game-time today. Because Zombies ate us. To death.
Do you know what happens when Zombies eat you to death? You die. Do you know what happens then? You un-die. Tomorrow, we are the Zombies! Stay tuned for pictures of Zombie Atra + gang (Providing of course, RE6's costume crew make a re-appearance, just like they re-animate their dead).
